You may return any item purchased assuming the item is in as-new condition, in original packaging with all tags still attached. We prefer to exchange said item, but will refund if you do not require an alternative. To authorise a return please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page. Orders are subject to availability. Should any item be out of stock, we will inform you of the delay either by telephone or email and dispatch the item(s) as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available we will notify you as soon as we are aware and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
The price you pay is the price displayed on the WHL-KL.co.uk website at the time we receive your order, however in the unlikely event we discover an error in the price of the items ordered we will notify you as soon as possible, you will then be given the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Should we not be able to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled and issue you with a full refund. All prices are shown in Sterling and exclude delivery charges.
